EOMS Hisab is the accounting service of EOMSBD, a software company in Dhaka. Our accounts team has worked on audits, final accounts and year-end engagements since 2013, across food and agro groups, automobile, textile, banking, manufacturing, construction and trading businesses. EOMSBD's software team builds ERP, inventory and accounting systems for businesses.
What we believe
- Documents first. Most audit problems start with missing vouchers, bank statements that do not reconcile and registers that do not exist. We fix that first.
- Clear pricing. A written proposal before any work: fee, timeline and exactly what we need from you.
- Do it once, benefit every year. We leave registers, templates and software behind, so the next year is easier.
- Confidentiality. We never use a client's name or data without permission. That is why the case studies on this site carry no names.
Who does the audit?
In Bangladesh, statutory audit reports and DVC can only be issued by an ICAB-registered chartered accountant firm. We prepare the books, final accounts and every audit document; our partner firm carries out the audit. The firm's name and registration number are in our proposal once the engagement is confirmed.
Working with overseas companies
