Frequently asked questions
How is it different from a mobile accounting app?
Mobile apps are good for credit and daily sales. Excel ERP adds stock, product-wise sales, supplier payables and a monthly profit and loss report, and your data stays on your own computer.
Can the file be customised for my shop?
Small changes (shop name, product categories) you can make yourself. For bigger changes, tell us on WhatsApp and we will do them for a separate fee.
What if I pay and do not receive the file?
We send the file as soon as payment is verified during office hours. If it seems late, WhatsApp us with the transaction ID. If the file does not open or the wrong file arrives, we send it again.
