For groups and large companies in Bangladesh we do four kinds of work: fixed asset registers and physical verification, year-end physical inventory counts, provident fund, gratuity and WPPF accounting, and final accounts and audit documents for several group companies. Each comes with software that stays with your team after the engagement.
Since 2013 our accounts team has worked on audits and final accounts for food and agro groups, automobile, textile, banking and manufacturing companies. The same findings showed up in auditors' management letters at almost every one of them. The table below comes from that experience.

Audit findings we see again and again
| Audit finding | What it causes | Our fix |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed asset register not maintained; nobody knows where each asset is or who holds it | Existence of assets cannot be confirmed; audit comment | Fixed asset verification + register software |
| No physical verification, not even once a year | Stolen, scrapped or sold assets stay on the books | Annual verification with QR tags |
| Shortages and excesses found in the stock count are never adjusted | Both inventory and profit are misstated | Physical inventory count + count app |
| Tax and VAT not deducted at source on supplier payments for assets | The company itself becomes liable for the tax and penalties | TDS/VDS check before payment |
| Interest receivable on gratuity fund FDRs missed; no lien certificates | Incomplete fund accounts, delayed audit | Fund management software |
| Each group company's accounts are prepared by different people in different formats | Same mistakes repeated, late board reporting | Group final accounts |
How we start: a small pilot
It is hard for a large company to hand every unit to a new team at once. So we start with one small, defined job: fixed asset verification for one unit, or the year-end count of one warehouse, at a fixed price agreed in writing.
At the end of the pilot you have the verification or count report, draft adjustment entries and the software we used. If you are happy, we move to the other units and your team runs the software on an annual licence.

Timed to your year-end
- Year ending 31 December: plan in October–November, count and verify in the last week of December, final accounts in January
- Year ending 30 June: plan in March–May, count and verify in the last week of June, final accounts July–September
- Fund accounts: one to two months after the fund's own year-end
Who audits, and what we do
Audit reports and DVC are issued by an ICAB-registered chartered accountant firm. If your company already has an auditor, we work alongside them, preparing the documents, schedules and workings they ask for before fieldwork starts. If not, our partner firm carries out the audit.

We have our own accounts team. Why would we need you?
Your team runs the books all year. Seasonal work such as the year-end count, verifying assets across every unit or keeping separate fund accounts needs extra hands. We work beside your team during that period and use software to cut next year's workload.
How many units or companies can you handle at once?
Several, but the first time we recommend a pilot. The pilot shows us the state of your records, and we plan the timetable and team for the rest from there.
Will our data sit on your servers?
The software can run on your own server or cloud account if you prefer. We sign a confidentiality agreement before work starts and never use your name without permission.
Will the software work with our ERP?
Register and count data move in and out as Excel or CSV, so it works next to any ERP. If your ERP has an API, a direct connection is possible.
